I-Description
This machine treats HDPE, LDPE and PP as main raw materials, anti-static agent and anti-aging agent are added to make mesh, net products with certain tensile intensity, wearable performance, chemical stability, weatherable performance and corrosion resistance.

II-Features

1.       Mould and die of the extruder, the other integral component of the plastic mesh extrusion line, are specially manufactured for its high tolerances and provides an efficient process and flexibility to create the highest quality plastic mesh to meet today’s diverse needs

2.       Screw and barrel of extruder adopt 38CrMoALA nitrogen treatment so as to prolong service it’s life.

3.       Drive motor adopts variable frequency control which has high speed control precision, wide adjusting range, low consumption and reliable running.

4.       Adopting far infrared ray energy-saving heater, intelligent digital automatic temperature controller which has high efficiency and low consumption.

5.       A.C. motor &Variable frequency inverter control system durable in hash factory environment.

Raw materials+ other additives→ mix → feeding materials → melt and extrude → mould → cool and mold → cut → draw → extend → draw → wind → finish

IV-Application

Various specs meshes can be produced for construction, gardening project, agricultural breeding, lining of soft mattress, packing net, water and soil preservation, such as Grass reinforcement mesh, Grass protection mesh, Grass carpet mesh, anti-plugging mesh, Windbreak mesh, Tree guard, if the relative moulds and die heads are equipped. This machine can manufacture. The mesh aperture and mesh size can be customized.
